How Wanda talks to SunSystems
Wanda connects through SunSystems Connect. Approved invoices are posted automatically by a scheduled task, with Wanda building the SunSystems Connect XML payloads for your supported version of SunSystems. Nobody rekeys anything.
Your data stays in step
Supplier records, nominal codes and analysis codes import directly into Wanda, and can be refreshed as often as you need. Multiple business units and multiple currencies are supported.

Common questions
Which versions of SunSystems does Wanda support?
• SunSystems 6.4• SunSystems CloudWhile we can and have implemented systems alongside earlier versions (6.1, 6.2, 6.3), our understanding is that these are on limited sustaining maintenance.
Do we have to change anything in SunSystems?
No. Wanda sits in front of it. Your chart of accounts, your analysis codes and your existing processes all stay as they are.
How long does implementation take?
An implementation takes typically 3-10 days depending on requirement.
What happens when we upgrade SunSystems, or move to cloud?
Once an integration is in place, it will normally migrate to a newer version without additional work.
What if a posting fails?
When the SunSystems Connect web service is called from Wanda, it will return a results file. If successful, the file will also contain a journal number which Wanda will record. If unsuccessful, the file will contain an error message which is recorded in the Wanda log. The log can be viewed so that corrective action can be taken by the users.
