Additional pricing information

  • Additional users can be added to plans at any time - at the plan rate per user per month

  • Additional users added in the first year are discounted at the same rate as the plan (16.67%)

  • All plans are for a minimum of 12 months, renewing annually

  • Renewals may be cancelled by giving notice 30 days or more before renewal date

  • Each plan includes a number of pages processed by MS AI Document Intelligence using the  prebuilt invoice model. Beyond the included number, there is a pay as you go charge - £12.50 per 1000 pages. This price is based on Microsoft pricing which is in US dollars so may fluctuate over time.

What's included in the subscription?

All features and support are included in all plans — purchase order management, invoice processing, AI data extraction (each plan has a number of page recognitions included), approval workflows, audit trail, dashboard and reporting, finance system integration, and the WANDAAuth mobile app. *

* If the number of page recognitions exceeds the number included in a plan, there is an additional pay-as-you-go charge - £12.50 per 1000 page recognitions per month. This price is based on Microsoft pricing which is in US dollars so may fluctuate over time.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes. You can move between plans at any time. For example, If you are on the Wanda 10 plan and your team expands to, say 50 users, you may switch to the Wanda 50 plan.

Is there a minimum commitment?

All three plans are available on an annual rolling subscription. There is also the option of an initial, free thirty-day trial to be sure Wanda is right for you.

We're a larger organisation — is there an enterprise option?

Yes. For organisations with complex requirements, high volumes, or specific deployment needs, we'd be happy to discuss a tailored arrangement. Get in touch and we'll work out what makes sense.

What is included in “Support”?

Support is included — and it's real support. When you contact Wanda, you speak to the people who built the product. No call centres, no ticket queues, no waiting three days for a response. We're an experienced team and we take support seriously.
