Support is included from day one, and most customers can be live quickly because WANDA is ready to use rather than built from scratch each time. What's included in the subscription?
* All features are included — purchase order management, invoice processing, AI data extraction, approval workflows, audit trail, dashboard and reporting, finance system integration, and the WANDAAuth mobile app. There are no add-ons and no hidden extras. Support is also included.

Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can move between plans at any time. For example, If you are on the Control plan and your team grows beyond ten users, you may switch to the Control Plus plan.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All three plans are available on an annual rolling subscription. There is also the option of a free thirty-day trial to be sure WANDA is right for you.
We're a larger organisation — is there an enterprise option?
Yes. For organisations with complex requirements, high volumes, or specific deployment needs, we'd be happy to discuss a tailored arrangement. Get in touch and we'll work out what makes sense.
What is included in “Support”?
Support is included — and it's real support. When you contact WANDA, you speak to the people who built the product. No call centres, no ticket queues, no waiting three days for a response. We're an experienced team and we take support seriously.
